Rob Carothers, a partner on the Banking & Financial Services Industry Team in the Mobile office, participated in the panel "IFA/AFA Update" during the International Factoring Association (IFA) Annual Conference on May 8, 2025, in Palm Desert, California. The panel discussed current trends in the factoring industry as well as an update on pending legislation affecting the factoring industry.
