Rob Carothers, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, spoke on a panel at the International Factoring Association Annual Conference in New Orleans on May 11, 2023. Rob's panel, "IFA/AFA Update," provided an update on federal and state legislation and regulations impacting the factoring industry, including the CFPB's recent rulemaking on Section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act and state commercial finance disclosure laws.
