It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our former partner, Charles W. Lane, III. Mr. Lane joined the firm in 1959 after graduating from Tulane University Law School. He served on and was the Chair of the firm’s executive committee. His practice focused on commercial litigation, securities law, and antitrust law. The attorneys and staff of Jones Walker extend their deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Lane.
