It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our partner and beloved colleague, Keith Landry. He was a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in the New Orleans office at the time of his death.

Keith graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

During his years at Jones Walker, Keith counseled clients in relation to general business and intellectual property issues. He negotiated complex commercial contracts as well as drafted and negotiated transaction agreements. He served as the co-chair of the firm's biotechnology and life sciences team and provided guidance to industry clients relating to patent, trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property matters. He also assisted clients in connection with acquisitions, joint ventures, and licensing transactions in the technology sector.

The attorneys and staff of Jones Walker extend their deepest condolences to Keith’s family and friends during this very difficult time.
