R. Scott Jenkins, a partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime practice group in the New Orleans office, will present at the American Petroleum Institute International Trade and Customs Conference, on March 27, 2017, in Galveston, Texas. Mr. Jenkins will present with a representative of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and will discuss the CBP’s Jones Act Division of Enforcement (JADE) and related coastwise trade issues.
