Asher J. Friend, a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group in the New Orleans office, will present at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center on February 18, 2016. Mr. Friend will discuss the current state of affairs in private capital raising, including the soon to be effective federal crowdfunding regulations, and how these new regulations are distinguished from other historically utilized methods of capital raising by entrepreneurs.
