Kristina M. Johnson, a partner in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the American Board of Certification (ABC). Ms. Johnson has been board certified by the ABC in business bankruptcy since 2006 and will serve a three-year term on the Standards Committee. The ABC is an organization that certifies attorneys in the areas of business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights law.
