Will Baldwin, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group and co-chair of the firm's offshore wind initiative, presented on the panel "Jones Act Compliance Challenges in Offshore Wind " at the inaugural Tulane Offshore Wind Conference: Overcoming Barriers in the Gulf on January 18, 2023. Will’s presentation was titled “Marine Financing for the Jones Act OSW Fleet” and addressed opportunities and challenges for financing the Jones Act fleet in the burgeoning offshore wind industry in the United States.
