Cindy Muller, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group and co-leader of the offshore wind initiative in the firm's Houston office, served as a panelist for "Jones Act Regulatory Panel – Discussion of Traditional & Developing Areas of Application" at a Houston Bar Association CLE on May 21, 2022. The panel provided an overview on Jones Act and Coastwise Trade Laws relevant to offshore wind operations on the Outer Continental Shelf.
