Jones Walker represented LLOG Holdings LLC in its sale of LLOG Exploration Company, LLC to Harbour Energy, which closed on February 11, 2026. LLOG Exploration was acquired for $3.2 billion, consisting of $2.7 billion in cash and $0.5 billion in Harbour's voting ordinary shares. The acquisition marks Harbour's strategic entry into the US Gulf of America.
