Jones Walker attorneys Ted Jones and Asher Friend, partners in the Corporate Practice Group, advised Prokeep, the industry leading customer communication and engagement platform for distributors, in a $25 million Series A financing round. The investment was led by San Francisco-based Dahlia Equity Partners with support from Ironspring Ventures, S3 Ventures, Benson Capital Partners, and others.

Prokeep will utilize this secured funding to accelerate growth and expand demand generation capabilities for distributors.
