On October 18, Jones Walker and Lorman Education Services presented a two-hour labor and employment law seminar.  Jones Walker labor relations and employment partners, Sid Lewis and Becky Gottsegen, presented on the status of the new wage and hour regulations; recent decisions by the National Labor Relations Board Act; new Louisiana posting requirements; and the latest trends in employment and harassment discrimination cases.  The seminar was filmed by the World Business Review, which will air a segment on continuing education on CNBC later this year.
