Jones Walker LLP announced today that Beau Grenier has been appointed as head of the firm’s Birmingham office, effective April 3, 2023.

Beau has been a partner with Jones Walker since 2019 in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and serves as co-leader of the mergers and acquisitions and private equity team. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Beau served for more than 17 years as the managing partner and board chairman of an AmLaw 200 firm, guiding the organization through a significant period of growth and transition from approximately 150 to 525 lawyers and elevating its AmLaw 200 ranking from 181 to 110.

Beau steps into this position following the recent passing of former firm partner Bill Horton, who served as the Birmingham office head for many years. Jones Walker cherishes Bill’s memory and is grateful for the many contributions he made to the firm and the legal profession at large.
