The chapters written by Jones Walker’s practitioners discuss current litigation and dispute resolutions in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. The guide itself covers litigation and dispute resolutions in 48 jurisdictions entailing regulations regarding litigation, arbitration, internal investigations, and regulatory investigations.
