On April 22, Jones Walker attorneys Jennifer Anderson, Bill Backstrom, Mark Cunningham, Elizabeth Futrell, Grady Hurley and Rob Worley co-presented at the Business Torts Seminar co-sponsored by Lorman Education Services. The one-day seminar held at the Hotel Inter-Continental New Orleans offered an overview of business and commercial litigation issues of interest to general practitioners, in-house counsel, and business managers. Seminar highlights included labor, trade secrets, bankruptcy, antitrust, tax and ethics in business tort litigation.
