NEW ORLEANS, Aug. 31, 2009—Jones Walker has been named a recipient of the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association's Camille F. Gravel Pro Bono Award.

Members of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, partner Andrew R. Lee and associate Avery B. Pardee, were honored for their pro bono work in connection with service as appointed counsel in capital post-conviction proceedings.

This year's recipients of the Camille F. Gravel Pro Bono Award were recognized at a luncheon held August 21 at the World Trade Center in New Orleans.
