On March 20, 27 Jones Walker Baton Rouge lawyers, staff, and family members participated in the 2004 American Heart Association’s Heart Walk held at the LSU "Old Front Nine." The participants raised $2623.00 in addition to the Firm's contribution to support the American Heart Association. The Baton Rouge chapter of the American Heart Association serves the neighboring states of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. AHA is committed to reducing disability and death due to heart disease and stroke with a goal to reduce coronary heart disease, stroke and risk factors by 25 percent by 2010.
