NEW ORLEANS—Jones Walker LLP is pleased to announce that Labor & Employment partner Tracy E. Kern and Business & Commercial Litigation partner Michael G. Lemoine were named BTI Client Service All-Stars, a group of 330 individual attorneys nationwide identified solely through client feedback who stand out with in-house counsel of large companies as delivering the highest levels of client service.

Ms. Kern's practice covers the spectrum of employment litigation, including both state and federal claims, and individual and class action suits. She has handled cases involving claims of race, age, disability, national origin, and sex discrimination, as well as sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, FMLA, FLSA, and noncompete/restrictive covenant issues. Her experience includes successfully litigating cases on a national basis in more than 35 jurisdictions.

Mr. Lemoine practices primarily in the areas of maritime, oilfield, insurance, and product liability litigation. He routinely represents clients in multi-party complex litigation involving personal injury and property damage related to oil and gas production and exploration activity on land, sea, and structures on the Outer Continental Shelf, explosions, allisions, contractual and insurance disputes, construction defects, products liability, and general commercial liability matters.

Jones Walker is also included in the 2014 BTI Client Service A-Team. This is the sixth year the firm has been designated with this honor.
