Jones Walker served as local counsel to Fibrebond Corporation, a Louisiana-based designer and builder of pre-integrated modular power enclosures, in its $1.4 billion sale to Eaton, a global intelligent power management company. Fibrebond is expected to generate $110 million in 2025, and the transaction will enhance Eaton’s ability to deliver engineered-to-order power infrastructure across fast-growing sectors.
