Jones Walker was a sponsor of the 2010 Dancing for Dystrophy fundraiser, presented by the Children's Neuromuscular Foundation of Louisiana. The annual event, an evening of food, drinks, and dancing, seeks to raise funds to provide children with neuromuscular disorders with items such as special leg braces, wheel chairs, ramps, and car lifts these children and families need that may not be covered by insurance. This year's event raised approximately $50,000. Jones Walker partner William Pitard Wynne serves as a board member and general counsel of the organization, and associates Celeste C. Laborde, Lance M. Sannino, and William C. Baldwin also serve as board members.
