Jones Walker is a sponsor of the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity's 25th Anniversary Celebration on May 14, 2008, at the Sugar Mill in New Orleans.  The event will honor Jimmy and Rosalynn Carters' commitment to the organization's mission and recognize those who have collectively given more than $100 million towards gulf recovery efforts.  Since 1984, the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project has led thousands of volunteers to help build Habitat houses around the world, and the project will continue the week of May 11–16 in New Orleans.
