On February 1 in New Orleans, Jones Walker will host its quarterly luncheon health care briefing, "Physician Practice Post-Katrina," at the firm's New Orleans office on the 52nd floor, 201 St. Charles Ave.  Jones Walker health care attorneys Yvonne Grassie and Amy Winters will discuss corporate practice structures, considerations in merging, buying or selling a practice, and physician employment issues. Registration and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m. and the briefing will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m.
