On Memorial Weekend, Jones Walker was a sponsor of the 2005 Louisiana Sportsman Invitational (LSI) Fishing Rodeo in Grand Isle, Louisiana, benefiting Camp Challenge. Each year, a group of children who have undergone cancer treatment, along with their siblings, enjoy a "Special Week" of summer activities at Camp Challenge. These special children participate in the same activities enjoyed by other children, such as fishing, boating, swimming, arts & crafts and outdoor activities. Camp Challenge is a grass roots non-profit organization dedicated to giving ill children and their siblings ages six through 18, a summer camp experience. Camp is open to all children who reside in Louisiana and have a form of cancer and chronic hematological disorders. Camp Challenge is funded by donations from individuals and companies and receives money from various organizations that put on fund-raisers for the sole purpose of funding camp. LSI dedicates its funds each year to Camp Challenge.
