Giving Back

September 23, 2015
|
Birmingham

Attorneys and staff from Jones Walker LLP's Birmingham office will participate in the "Walk to Defeat ALS" on October 3, 2015, at Regions Field. The Walk, sponsored by the Alabama Chapter of the ALS Association, is the organization's biggest annual event, which raises funds for local chapters to sustain care services and support ALS research. ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. There is currently no cure for ALS. Employees from the Birmingham office will be members of "Team Bonds of Love," named to honor Bryan Bonds, the husband of Business & Commercial Litigation partner Emily Sides Bonds.
