Erica defends energy sector clients in the personal injury litigation context, including the development of case strategies, assessment of industrial regulation compliance, mitigation of risks, and representation throughout the litigation process. She handles claims involving motor vehicle collisions, workplace accidents, and similar liability issues, and oversees the recovery of judgments owed to clients through various judgment enforcement actions.

Erica has developed and executed both plaintiff and defense litigation strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. She has handled matters ranging from commercial litigation, personal injury litigation (including traumatic brain injuries, automobile collisions, trucking litigation, and bad faith litigation), construction litigation, and medical malpractice defense to more general insurance-related disputes, as well as commercial transactions and general contract issues.

Erica is licensed to practice in Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, and Texas.
