Jonathan R. Katz and Aileen S. Thomas, partners in the Tax & Estates Practice Group, recently presented at The Shop at the Contemporary Arts Center, a co-working space in downtown New Orleans. They spoke to an audience of entrepreneurs, investors, and developers about Opportunity Zones, a new community development program established under the Tax Cuts and Job Act of 2017. This presentation was the first in a series that Jones Walker attorneys will give at The Shop in 2018.
