Jonathan R. Katz, a partner in the Tax & Estates Practice Group in the New Orleans office, recently provided a presentation on New Markets Tax Credit to the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Local Product Council in New Orleans. The ULI Local Product Council is a group of 17 professionals including developers, real estate agents, constructors, housing professionals, brown field experts, and architects, who are interested in small scale development.
