Christa Ketchum, a real estate and tax attorney in the Birmingham office, has been selected to join the University of Alabama's Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) 100 Leadership Council. The council unites top thinkers, high performers, innovators, and leaders from across Alabama's real estate industry with ACRE and plays an essential role in building relationships and promoting collaboration between the university and the real estate industry. Christa is a corporate, property, and finance attorney who advises clients on corporate and business-formation matters and advises lenders, investors, and developers on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the use of complex federal and state tax credits, such as the low-income housing tax credit program.
