Parker Kilgore, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office, and Maggie Spell, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented a webinar titled “The Workplace Has Reopened – Now What?” to members of Associated Equipment Distributors on May 28, 2020. Parker and Maggie discussed many challenges employers may face as employees return to work, including how to handle refusals to return to work, the types of requests for accommodation and/or leave that may arise, and what to do when an employee tests positive for COVID-19.
