Jennifer Kogos, a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, recently graduated from the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) as part of the 2021 class. Each year, NORLI selects a diverse group of community leaders to participate in a nine month educational program to help participants and the community promote regionalism. During the nine month program, participants explore a variety of statewide issues presented through lectures, on-site visits, readings, and discussion groups. NORLI provides current and emerging leaders with a thorough understanding of regional affairs and an enhanced ability to collaborate for the greater good of the community.
