Jennifer Kogos, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, presented at a Wage and Hour Defense Institute meeting on May 16, 2025, in Omaha, Nebraska. In her section "What’s New in Your Neck of the Woods (Part 1) — Circuit Court Update," Jennifer gave a brief update on Fifth Circuit wage and hour developments. The Wage and Hour Defense Institute is a national network of recognized practitioners in wage and hour litigation with local knowledge covering all 13 federal circuits.
