Jones Walker Labor & Employment partners Mark Adams, Jennifer Anderson, Jennifer Kogos, and Sid Lewis will present the Louisiana Employers’ ADA Master Class on October 16, 2007, at the Intercontinental New Orleans. The program is designed both as a networking event and a comprehensive educational program to help Louisiana employers and HR managers gain a better understanding of their requirements under the Americans With Disabilities Act. The program will provide updates on the latest ADA developments, answers to the myriad compliance and reasonable accommodation challenges presented by the ADA, and tips on avoiding the “treacherous triangle” formed by the ADA, Louisiana workers compensation law, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
