Craig N. Landrum, a partner, and Neal C. Wise, an associate, both in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group in the Jackson office, spoke at the Bankers Compliance Task Force (BCTF) quarterly meetings on October 22 and October 23. Craig's presentation, titled “Information Sharing and Increasing Fraud Risks,” discussed how these concepts are affecting the banking industry. Neal then offered his knowledge on the areas of cyber security and loan disclosure forms. Meeting participants also heard from FDIC examiners about current topics and enforcement trends in banking compliance. The BCTF, which Jones Walker advises, meets four times a year to discuss current topics in the banking industry.
