Clay Lanham, a partner on the real estate team, was elected as the 2020–2021 chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Alabama State Bar. The Real Property, Probate and Trust Section is the second largest section of the Alabama State Bar with more than 650 members, and provides a forum for its members to share and discuss ideas regarding developments in real property, probate and trust law, as well as CLE programs, articles and updates on real estate, probate and trust law topics.
