Bankruptcy partners Lisa Futrell and Laura Ashley participated in the Louisiana State Bar Association’s “The Bankruptcy Code is 40 Years Old and We Are Still Learning” CLE on April 5, 2019, in New Orleans. Laura co-chaired the seminar and Lisa’s presentation “Healthcare Bankruptcies: What Happens When It Is The Healthcare Provider Who is Sick?” addressed the interplay between the Bankruptcy Code and the highly regulated health care industry.
