Alex Layfield, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office, was recognized along with 71 other legal authors as a 2020 National Law Review (NLR) “Go-To Thought Leader.” Alex was chosen based on a review of over 20,000 legal news articles published by the NLR in 2020 for certain articles she authored relating to Corporate Governance in the area of Securities Law.
