Michael Leachman, a partner in the Baton Rouge office and co-chair of the Intellectual Property team, recently participated as a guest on three episodes of the “Out to Lunch” podcast. “Out to Lunch” is a weekly podcast hosted in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans featuring entrepreneurs, business leaders, non-profit professionals, and artists discussing trending topics in the business community. Michael first joined as a guest on the It’s Acadiana “Out to Lunch” alongside artist Jacques Rodrigue discussing IP concerns in business. He was then a featured guest on It’s New Orleans “Out to Lunch” with photographer Cheryl Gerber and finally, It’s Baton Rouge “Out to Lunch” with Jason Hugenrith, discussing key legal issues trademark and copyright obstacles for entrepreneurs.
