Andy Lee, a partner in the New Orleans office and co-chair of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Team, and Micah Fincher, an associate in the New Orleans office, presented a one-hour CLE “Hacked: The Law and Ethics of Cybersecurity Breach Response” on June 3, 2019, during the Louisiana State Bar Association Annual Meeting in Sandestin, Florida. The LSBA hosted their 78th Annual Meeting in conjunction with the LJC/LSBA Joint Summer School: “Evolution of the Profession.”
