An article authored by Jones Walker partner Andrew R. Lee was recently featured in the December 2007/January 2008 issue of the Louisiana Bar Journal.  The article, titled "Keep or Toss?  Document Retention Policies in the Digital Era," stresses the importance of planning for electronic data preservation and establishing reasonable retention and destruction practices.  It also warns companies against the situations that may arise for failing to enact such policies.
