Litigation partner Andy Lee served on the faculty of the Louisiana State Bar Association's Summer School for Lawyers on June 9, in Sandestin, Florida. Lee presented a paper and participated in a panel on the topic, "Why Can't I Interview that Witness? Professional Conduct Rules 4.2 and 4.3 and the Restraints They Place on the Litigator."
