On May 7, 2019, Andy Lee, a partner in the New Orleans office and co-chair of the firm’s Privacy & Data Security Team, spoke on the topic “Admissibility of Electronic Information,” a CLE presented at the Fifth Circuit Judicial Conference, held in New Orleans. Other members of the panel were U.S. District Judge Paul Grimm of the District of Maryland and U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen Wells Roby of the Eastern District of Louisiana.
