Jones Walker attorney Andrew R. Lee has been announced as a speaker at the upcoming Lorman Education Services "Document Retention and Destruction" seminar. Mr. Lee will speak in an afternoon session titled "Sarbanes-Oxley and Corporate Compliance: Impact of Government Regulation, Audits, and Regulatory Compliance on Businesses and their Document Management Programs."

The seminar will be held in New Orleans on March 27, 2008, and is designed for attorneys, controllers, accountants, CFOs, tax managers and officers, presidents, vice presidents, human resource managers, compliance officers, and records managers. Attendees of the day-long seminar will learn what records to store; when, why, and how to destroy them; and how to comply with pertinent statutory and regulatory standards.
