Bill Horton, co-leader of the Healthcare Industry Team and a partner in the Birmingham office, presented “Legal Ethics: The Post-Pandemic Boardroom—Legal, Practical, and Ethical Issues in Post-COVID Corporate Governance” during the American Health Law Association’s Virtual Health Care Transactions Conference on April 15, 2021. The presentation covered lessons from the pandemic for corporate governance in healthcare organizations, as well as professional responsibility issues for lawyers advising on governance issues.
