Asher Friend, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, participated in the Idea Village’s IDEAinstitute “Legal Minute” series. His presentation primarily focused on choice of entities, founder agreements, and related issues. The Idea Village’s IDEAinstitute provides early-stage founders with the guidance, structure, and skills they need to build a scalable startup. Founders will leave the program with a direction and a plan to build a business following the Lean Startup Methodology.
