Kelly Rushin Lewis and Brandon Hughey, partners in Tax Practice Group in the Birmingham office, presented virtually at the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development 2020 Virtual Boot Camp on October 27, 2020. Kelly and Brandon’s presentation, “LIHTC: Partnership Agreements – Key Terms and Negotiations,” focused on key terms and negotiations of low income housing tax credit partnership agreements.
