Rubin Conference on Maritime Personal Injury Law hosted by the LSU Law Center on Friday, May 13, 2022. Sara's presentation discussed the history of the Limitation of Liability Act, its unique concursus proceeding, and various issues vessel interests may face navigating the century old Act.
