Jason Loring, a partner in the Atlanta office and co-leader of the Privacy, Data Strategy, and Artificial Intelligence team, was appointed in September 2024 to the State Bar of Georgia Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Technology. Among other things, this special committee will review the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct in relation to developments in technology, AI, and the practice of law; evaluate whether current rules and State Bar policies adequately address lawyers' technology-related conduct; and explore how the State Bar can help members integrate AI and technology advancements into legal practice.
