On June 12, 2020, Gov. John Bel Edwards signed Act 311 into law, creating a Louisiana Main Street Recovery Program. The program sets aside $300 million for a small-business grant program, using funds previously provided by the federal government to Louisiana under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Continue reading >
