Mike Magner and Don Washington, partners and members of the firm’s corporate compliance and white collar defense team, represented Dr. Gary Wiltz in a trial in the Western District of Louisiana that lasted more than three weeks. Dr. Wiltz was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and three counts of health care fraud. On April 6, 2023, the jury found Dr. Wiltz not guilty on all four charges.
