Mike Magner, a partner on the White Collar Defense Team in the New Orleans office, recently attended the Tulane Inn of Court meeting. Mike and the law students presented on the topic “The Next Step in Criminal Justice Reform: A Professional Duty to Remedy Wrongful Convictions,” discussing the recent unanimous jury amendment to the Louisiana Constitution.
